Project Coordination

RPAPA Construction will act as a liaison between the owner, consultants, and the contractor to confirm that the owner’s interest are being followed. Weekly site observations are performed with a focus on project schedule, quality of work, workmanship, and safety. The coordinator will also assist the project team in reviewing and monitoring the general contractor’s project schedule with a focus on key project milestones and potential areas of delay to proactively problem solve.

Quality Control

Services are provided through RPAPA Construction, LLC, in the performance of any tasks for client or, as directed by manager, for client. Attending weekly meetings with the owner, architect, and contractor during construction keeps the quality of the project at its highest.

Project closeout

An accurate punch list is reviewed with the owner, architect, and contractor to establish the highest quality of workmanship. The close-out process will be supported by RPAPA Construction to ensure all processes are completed correctly and completely with the appropriate offices.
